You can now track the progress of work orders submitted through AssetWorks faster than ever. Through an enhancement to the Facilities Information System (FIS), faculty and staff are able to review an entire building’s task log regardless of your requestor status. This new tool also allows students with a Yale NetID to view job details from their own requests. Search criteria within the application provides a selection of work order tags along with a specific status or set of statuses. Once located, you can drill down into the details of your work order through its identification number.

A billing reminder
To review the service charges received from Yale Facilities, please use the Facilities billing application to track your AssetWorks-related work order charges. This resource is only available to individuals that have access to financial data in Workday. If you have an enabled profile, you may pull a breakdown of charges by cost center and month at the work order level.
