About the Facilities Operations Customer Service Center
The Facilities Operations Customer Service Center is the central support system for all Facilities matters on campus. It is from here that all requests for Facilities services are addressed.
Facilities Services include:
- Heating and cooling
- Lighting adjustment and repair
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repair
- Custodial services
- General building maintenance and repair
The Facilities Operations Customer Service Center is committed to ensuring first class facilities service for our respected colleagues at Yale University.
