Will subcontractors bidding a project to the prime contractor (CM/GC) get uploaded into Unity for the date and time allowed? If so, can a bid be submitted after the due date and time?

No. Subcontractor bidding will continue to be managed through the CM/GC’s existing processes and systems. The CM/GC will determine submission requirements and enforce bid due dates.
