Do subcontractors use Unity, or only construction managers (CM) and general contractors (GM)?  

Unity will be used by the prime contractor (CM/GC) holding the contract with Yale. Subcontractors will continue to coordinate and submit RFIs, submittals, and other documentation through the CM/GC, who will be responsible for managing information within Unity.
